料金以外に必要な費用	現地でお客様がお支払いになる飲食代、ゲーム代、入場料、交通費、お買い物代など。お客様の同意により延長する場合の延長料金（30分ごとに2,750円・税込）

サービスの提供時期	ご予約いただいた日時に、集合場所から開始します
申込みの撤回・解除（キャンセル）	お客様のご都合：開始の7日前まで全額返金、7日前を過ぎてから72時間前まで75%返金、72時間前を過ぎてから24時間前まで50%返金、24時間前を過ぎた場合・不参加は返金なし。当社の都合、リクエストをお受けできない場合、または悪天候等：無料での日程変更または全額返金。詳しくはキャンセル・返金ポリシーをご覧ください。
返金方法	ご利用のカードへ Stripe を通じて返金し、7日以内に手続きを開始します

Other costs	Food, drinks, game credits, entry fees, train fares, and shopping, paid by you at each place. Extra time, only if you agree to it: ¥2,750 per 30 minutes, tax included.

When the service is provided	At the date and time you booked, starting at the meeting point.
Cancellation and refunds	See the cancellation and refund policy. Refunds go back to your card through Stripe, and we start them within 7 days.
