1. Who we are
Wakuwaku Stroll is run by 亜村株式会社 (Amura Co., Ltd.), Kyoto, Japan ("we"). We are responsible for the personal information described on this page.
2. What we collect, and why
We collect only what we need.
- Waitlist: your name, email, group size, preferred walk length, dates, interests, and any note you write. We use it to write to you about openings and dates, and to plan walks.
- Bookings: your name, email, group size, interests, notes, and payment status. We use it to confirm and run your walk, and to contact you about it.
- Plan requests: the walk you design, plus your name, email, group size, and notes. We use it to reply to you and to plan your walk.
- Messages: what you send us by email or Instagram. We use it to reply.
- Payments: card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
We do not ask for sensitive information. Please do not put health, passport, or payment details in the free-text boxes.
3. What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
4. Cookies and outside services
This site does not set cookies of its own. The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. It loads only after you click "Open the calendar". Cal.com may set cookies and receives your booking details. The fonts on this site are hosted by us. Our Instagram links lead to Instagram, which has its own policy.
5. Who handles your information for us
We use these providers to run the service: Netlify (website hosting and the waitlist form), Cal.com (bookings), Stripe (payments), and Gmail (email). They handle your information only to provide their service to us. Their servers are outside Japan, including in the United States. We choose providers that use security measures, and we use your information only for the purposes above. On request, we will tell you more about these measures.
We do not give your information to other third parties, except where Japanese law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
Waitlist details stay with us until we no longer need them for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete them. Booking records stay as long as accounting and legal duties require.
7. Children
The waitlist and booking are for adults aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to join or book for you. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Your rights, including deletion
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, to stop using it, or to delete it. Email us from the address you used. We will respond without delay once we have confirmed it is you.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. We limit who can see it, and we use services that encrypt data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.

1. 事業者
Wakuwaku Stroll は、亜村株式会社（京都市）（以下「当社」）が運営しています。当社は、このページに記載する個人情報の取扱いについて責任を負います。
2. 取得する情報と利用目的
当社は、必要な範囲でのみ個人情報を取得します。
- ウェイトリスト：お名前、メールアドレス、人数、ご希望の所要時間、ご希望の日程、ご興味のある内容、備考。利用目的は、予約受付開始や空き日程のご案内、散策の企画です。
- ご予約：お名前、メールアドレス、人数、ご興味のある内容、備考、決済状況。利用目的は、ご予約の確認、散策の実施、ご連絡です。
- 散策プランのご依頼：ご自身で作成されたプラン、お名前、メールアドレス、人数、備考。利用目的は、ご返信と散策の企画です。
- お問い合わせ：メールまたは Instagram でいただいた内容。利用目的は、ご返信です。
- 決済：クレジットカード決済は Stripe が処理します。当社はカード番号を取得・保存しません。
健康情報などの要配慮個人情報は取得しません。備考欄などの自由記入欄に、健康情報、パスポート情報、決済情報は記入しないでください。
3. 行わないこと
個人情報を売却しません。当サイトでは、広告や解析を目的とした Cookie を使用しません。
4. Cookie と外部サービス
当サイト自体は Cookie を設定しません。予約カレンダーは Cal.com が提供しており、「カレンダーを開く」を押した後にのみ読み込まれます。Cal.com は Cookie を設定する場合があり、予約情報を受け取ります。サイトのフォントは当社が配信しています。Instagram へのリンク先では、Instagram のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
5. 業務委託先・外国にある事業者
当社は、サービスの提供にあたり、Netlify（ウェブサイトのホスティング、ウェイトリストフォーム）、Cal.com（予約管理）、Stripe（決済）、Gmail（メール）を利用します。これらの事業者は、当社のサービス提供に必要な範囲でのみ個人情報を取り扱います。サーバーは日本国外（アメリカ合衆国を含む）にあります。当社は安全管理措置を講じている事業者を選び、上記の目的の範囲でのみ個人情報を利用します。これらの措置の詳細は、ご請求に応じてお知らせします。
法令に基づく場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく個人データを第三者に提供しません。
6. 保存期間
ウェイトリストの情報は、利用目的に必要な期間、またはご本人から削除のご請求があるまで保存します。ご予約の記録は、会計・法令上必要な期間保存します。
7. 未成年者
ウェイトリストおよびご予約は、18歳以上の方が対象です。18歳未満の方は、保護者の方が代わりにお申し込みください。当社は、子どもの個人情報を意図して取得することはありません。
8. 開示・訂正・利用停止・削除等のご請求
ご本人から、保有個人データの開示、訂正、利用停止、削除等のご請求があった場合は、本人確認のうえ、遅滞なく対応します。お申し込みの際にご利用のメールアドレスからご連絡ください。
9. 安全管理
当社は、個人情報への不正アクセス、漏えい、滅失を防ぐため、アクセス権限の制限や、暗号化された外部サービスの利用など、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。
10. 改定
本ポリシーを改定することがあります。最新版の日付をページ冒頭に記載します。
