1. About these terms
These terms apply to walks you book on this site with Wakuwaku Stroll, run by 亜村株式会社 (Amura Co., Ltd.) ("we"). If you book through Airbnb or Klook, that platform's terms and policies apply to that booking.
2. The service
We provide a guide who walks with your group in Kyoto for 3 to 8 hours, booked in whole hours. We do not provide transport, lodging, or tickets.
3. Booking
You book on the booking page. Every booking is a request until we confirm it. Your booking is confirmed when we send you a confirmation email. If we cannot confirm your request, or a date turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in Japanese yen, tax included, for one group of up to 5 guests. The price does not change with the number of guests. Costs at the places you visit are not included and are paid by you: food, drinks, game credits, entry fees, train fares, and shopping. You pay by card through Stripe when you book.
Extra time: if a walk runs more than 15 minutes past the booked end time, your guide asks you first whether to continue. Extra time is ¥2,750 per 30 minutes per group, paid on the spot by card through a Stripe payment link. We never charge for extra time you did not agree to.

6. Your group
A booking covers up to 5 guests. Guests under 18 must come with a parent or guardian, who is responsible for them. The person who books confirms that everyone in the group has read these terms.
7. During the walk
Please follow your guide's safety instructions and the rules of every place we visit. Your guide may change the route, or end the walk, if it is unsafe, or if a guest breaks the law or the rules of a venue, or harms others. If a guest's behavior causes the walk to end, there is no refund. If a walk ends early for safety reasons that you did not cause, we refund the unused part.
If a guest feels unwell, tell your guide. Your guide helps you find a pharmacy or clinic, explains which medicine to ask for, and calls an ambulance (119) if needed. For safety, guides do not give guests their own medicine.
8. Belongings and money
You are responsible for your own belongings and your own spending. If your guide pays a bill for the group first, you repay your share on the spot.
9. Photos
We take photos or video of your group only with your consent, and we post them only with your consent.
10. Our responsibility
We are responsible for damage we cause through our intent or negligence, as Japanese law requires. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Japanese consumer protection law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The terms in force when you book apply to your booking.
12. Governing law and court
Japanese law governs these terms. The Kyoto District Court is the court of first instance for disputes, to the extent the law allows.

1. 本規約について
本規約は、亜村株式会社（以下「当社」）が運営する Wakuwaku Stroll の散策を、当サイトでご予約いただく場合に適用されます。Airbnb または Klook でのご予約には、各プラットフォームの規約・ポリシーが適用されます。
2. サービス内容
当社は、京都市内で、3時間から8時間（1時間単位）、お客様のグループに同行して徒歩でご案内するガイドを提供します。交通手段、宿泊、チケットの手配は行いません。
3. ご予約
ご予約は、予約ページから行います。ご予約は、当社が確認するまでリクエストとして扱い、当社から確認メールを送信した時点で確定します。リクエストをお受けできない場合や、日程をご提供できない場合は、その旨をご連絡し、お支払い済みの代金を全額返金します。
4. 料金とお支払い
料金は日本円・税込で、最大5名までの1グループ分です。人数によって料金は変わりません。現地でかかる費用（飲食代、ゲーム代、入場料、交通費、お買い物代）は料金に含まれず、お客様のご負担です。お支払いは、ご予約時に Stripe を通じてクレジットカードで行います。
延長：予約した終了時刻を15分以上過ぎる場合は、ガイドが延長するかどうかを事前にお客様に確認します。延長料金は、1グループにつき30分ごとに2,750円（税込）で、Stripe の支払いリンクを通じてその場でカードでお支払いいただきます。お客様の同意のない延長料金をいただくことはありません。

6. グループについて
1回のご予約で最大5名まで参加できます。18歳未満の方は、保護者の同伴が必要です。保護者の方がその責任を負います。ご予約された方は、参加者全員が本規約を確認したことを保証するものとします。
7. 散策中のお願い
ガイドの安全上の指示と、訪問先の各施設のルールに従ってください。危険がある場合、参加者が法令や施設のルールに違反した場合、または他の方に害を与えた場合、ガイドはルートを変更し、または散策を終了することがあります。参加者の行動が原因で散策が終了した場合、返金は行いません。お客様に原因がない安全上の理由で散策が早く終了した場合は、未使用分を返金します。
体調が悪くなった場合は、ガイドにお知らせください。ガイドが薬局や病院を探し、必要な薬の伝え方をご案内し、必要な場合は救急車（119番）を呼びます。安全のため、ガイドが自分の薬をお客様にお渡しすることはありません。
8. 持ち物と金銭
お持ち物とお支払いは、お客様ご自身の責任です。ガイドがグループ分の会計を立て替えた場合は、その場でご自身の分をお支払いください。
9. 写真
グループの写真や動画は、ご同意をいただいた場合にのみ撮影し、ご同意をいただいた場合にのみ掲載します。
10. 当社の責任
当社は、法令の定めに従い、当社の故意または過失によって生じた損害について責任を負います。本規約のいかなる定めも、消費者保護に関する日本の法令に基づくお客様の権利を制限するものではありません。
11. 規約の変更
当社は本規約を変更することがあります。ご予約時点で有効な規約が、そのご予約に適用されます。
12. 準拠法・裁判管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠します。紛争が生じた場合は、法令が認める範囲で、京都地方裁判所を第一審の裁判所とします。
